About Us

Meet the Owner: Harrison Gillette

Harrison has always had a passion for all things home-related. In 2002, he started building for Habitat for Humanity, an organization that helps people in need in the community build or renovate a place they can call home. In 2004, he started Stone River Homes LLC, a local rental property business. From 2004-2013, Harrison flipped many homes and condos along the Lakeshore before renting them out. It was in 2013 that he became a Certified Home Inspector. After going through many inspections himself, he figured this was a natural next step in his career. He and his company has completed over 7,000 home inspections and that number continues to grow daily!

Harrison is a Mona Shores graduate and has a business degree from Muskegon Community College. He has been trained through the accredited Allied Schools & is a member of the Housing Inspection Foundation. In his free time, Harrison spends time with his three daughters and wife, Alyssa. He enjoys many outdoor activities such as boating, dirt biking, and snowmobiling.
